I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Adventure Awaits: Your Custom Desert Portrait

Picture this: a rugged desert landscape, a solitary motorcycle waiting beside a brick wall, bathed in the golden hues of an endless sunset. Our Custom Desert Single-Man Portrait places you right at the heart of this adventure, capturing the spirit of those who crave the open road.

Crafted for those who truly embody freedom and wanderlust, this portrait is more than an image—it's a bold statement of individuality and exploration.

TL;DR: Ideal for motorcycle enthusiasts and free spirits, this desert canvas captures your adventure-loving essence. It's a vivid, personalized keepsake marking a journey into the wild unknown.

Who's Ready to Embrace the Desert Wind?

If you're someone who feels most alive at the helm of a bike, cutting through the desert wind, this is for you. Perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts and those with an unquenchable thirst for adventure, it's also a stellar pick for birthdays or retirements. Not quite right for grandma unless she's a secret Hell’s Angel!

How Does the Desert Magic Happen?

We take your photo and use AI to blend it seamlessly into a desert landscape—motorcycle and all. What sets our process apart? About 1 in 12 portraits don't meet our sky-high standards and get remade. As Maya, our head of production, often says: 'Perfection isn't just a goal; it's our baseline.'

What Sets This Desert Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic canvas prints, our Desert Portrait is a singular journey—your face, your bike, your story. We retire each theme after 6 months, ensuring that your canvas remains as unique as the ride it captures.
