It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Turn Her Photo Into a Whimsical Elf Masterpiece

Picture her as the star of a magical winter wonderland, complete with twinkling holiday lights and a vibrant palette of seasonal reds and greens. Our Whimsical Elf Canvas transports her image into a cozy, festive scene right out of a Christmas storybook.

This portrait suits the woman who embodies holiday cheer, the one who brings warmth and magic to every room she enters. Each canvas wraps her in an aura of whimsy, offering a playful escape to a fantastical realm.

TL;DR: Bring her festive spirit to life with a custom Whimsical Elf Canvas—ideal for women who adore the charm and joy of the holiday season.

Is this portrait a match for her festive spirit?

This portrait is designed for women who adore the holiday season and have a flair for whimsical, unique decor. Think of your sister who's always hosting the best holiday gatherings or a friend who's the embodiment of Christmas spirit. However, if she prefers modern minimalism and understated design, this might not be her style.

How do we capture holiday magic in every piece?

Begin with uploading her favorite photo. Our custom design process involves an AI that swaps her face into our Whimsical Elf template. Next, our artists refine the image, adding magical touches that technology alone can't capture. Fun fact: around 1 in 12 portraits doesn't pass our quality test and is reworked to ensure perfection.

Why choose this elf theme over generic holiday decor?

Unlike generic holiday posters, this canvas is a one-of-one masterpiece. Her face becomes part of an exclusive design retired every six months, so it remains special. The vibrant colors and joyful theme are perfect for those who love to stand out during the festive season.
