I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who embraces the Santa spirit truly?

This portrait is a merry choice for couples who live for the holiday spirit and shower their home with Christmas charm. Probably not a fit if minimalism is your usual holiday style — this one’s all about embrace-the-festivity fun!

Crafting Your Picture-Perfect Santa Scene

We start with your chosen photograph, brilliantly converting it into a festive masterpiece via AI-driven face-swap technology. Our team then meticulously refines the details, ensuring every snowflake and velvet tint is perfect. It's rigorous — about 1 in 12 doesn't make the cut — but worth it for your holiday magic. Finally, it's printed with care on durable museum-grade canvas.

How is this Santa canvas unlike any other?

Unlike generic canvas prints, each Whimsical Santa piece is a singular treasure, marking your holiday moments with a unique aura of warmth. Once the holiday season ends, the theme retires, ensuring your canvas remains one-of-a-kind.
