I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This themed canvas isn't just a portrait; it's a jubilant scene that reflects the joy and comfort of a shared life during the holidays, perfect for displaying above the fireplace where stories and memories spark to life.

TL;DR: This Christmas-themed couple portrait transforms your photo into a festive keepsake featuring Santa hats and holiday décor, perfect for couples celebrating shared memories.

Is a Custom Christmas Portrait the Right Gift for Us?

This romantic canvas appeals to couples looking to celebrate a Christmas together, whether they're newlyweds, in their silver years, or anywhere in between. It's perfect for those who adore the cozy aesthetics of the holidays. However, it might not suit those who prefer non-seasonal displays.

How Do You Create a Custom Christmas Canvas?

We start by digitally transforming your uploaded photo using advanced AI to capture faces accurately. Our artists then refine the image, adding signature holiday elements like Santa hats. Each canvas is a labor of love, and we discard approximately 1 in 12 as part of our quality control process to ensure a flawless final product.

What Makes Our Christmas Canvases Stand Out?

Unlike standard digital photo frames or prints, each portrait is crafted with detailed attention to individual facial features and festive design. We keep our themes fresh by retiring old ones every six months, ensuring your piece is both personal and rare.

Časté dotazy

What if the photo quality is low?We recommend using high-resolution photos to ensure the best results. Lower quality images might not capture all facial details, which are crucial for a sharp print.
Can I preview the portrait before printing?Absolutely! You will receive a digital preview for your approval before we print the final canvas.
What if I want to swap faces later?Unfortunately, once the portrait is complete, we can't alter faces. Ensure you upload the right image initially.
Mohu si před nákupem prohlédnout náhled?

Ano. Nahrajte své fotografie a vytvořte si na této stránce bezplatný náhled, než se rozhodnete objednat. Vytvoření náhledu nevyžaduje platbu.
