I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Bring Holiday Cheer to Your Walls

Imagine a portrait that brings the warm glow of Christmas into your living room. Our custom Christmas couple portraits add that festive flair with Santa hats and reindeer horns your holiday decor has been craving. Whether it’s the twinkle in the eye or the festive outfits, this canvas captures your love story in the coziest season of the year.

Perfect for couples who adore Christmas, this portrait swaps out the ordinary for joy-filled connection. Got a photo where you both looked particularly merry? Send it in, and let us do the magic. What better way to immortalize the season?

TL;DR: This custom Santa canvas turns your couple's photo into a festive holiday memory, topped with Santa hats and holiday cheer—ideal for Christmas-loving couples.

Which couples spark joy with a Christmas portrait?

This canvas suits Christmas-loving couples, making it an ideal gift for those who treasure the season and its whimsical spirit. It's not for those who prefer minimalist, light-minded holiday decor—this is full-on festivity, from Santa hats to reindeer horns.

How is your Christmas magic captured?

Your journey starts with a photo upload, where we refine your image using AI-enhanced face-swap technology before skilled artists enhance the holiday feel. Occasionally, about 1 in 12 initial drafts don't meet the standard and are recreated, ensuring only the most joyful end up on canvas.

Why is this canvas unlike any other?

Unlike generic Christmas canvas prints, each piece is one-of-one, designed for your photo alone. Themes like these are retired after a short run to keep them fresh and exclusive—an extra layer of special for your gifting game.
