I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which couples shine in a cartoon canvas?

This cartoon canvas is perfect for couples who embrace fun-filled game nights, tech-savvy duos who bond over their latest gadgets, and those with a passion for storytelling. However, if minimalist decor is your mantra, this vibrant piece might not be your vibe.

How do we playfully craft your canvas?

We start by infusing your photos into our cartoon workspace. Using sophisticated AI, your faces are transformed into lively cartoons, a process enhanced by our artists who sprinkle their magic to finalize the design. Did you know that some photos are rejected during quality checks? About 1 in 12 faces just don't fit the fun!

Why is our cartoon canvas a level above?

Unlike typical prints, ours is as personal as your unique game night jokes. The theme isn't mass-produced—after its cycle, we retire it, ensuring your art remains exclusive. It's like a limited edition comic where you're the star!
