I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Into Your Own Haunted Tale

Incorporate the eerie charm of an ancient mansion with our Haunted Portrait, where shadows hold secrets and each corner whispers stories of bygone eras. Perfect for those captivated by the gothic allure, this portrait places you in a world tinged with mystery and suspense.

This theme suits anyone who cherishes a splash of theatrical drama in their home decor. With murky hues and ghostly accents, it captures the heart of Halloween like no other. After all, who wouldn't want to embrace a bit of spookiness year-round?

TL;DR: This is a Haunted Mansion custom portrait from your photo, ideal for fans of gothic and Halloween thrills.

Who Embraces the Ghostly Glamour?

This eerie masterpiece is perfect for Halloween lovers or those who adore a sprinkle of the supernatural in home decor. If you're someone who's thrilled by haunted tales or gothic settings, this is your canvas. Not recommended for those who prefer bright and sunny themes — this one’s got moodiness inked on its soul!

How Is Your Haunting Masterpiece Crafted?

Your portrait begins with a photo, transformed through AI technology into a ghostly scene where shadows and highlights are artistically refined. Our head of production, Maya, ensures each piece echoes the haunting aesthetic. Interestingly, we abandon about 1 in 12 initial outputs, as getting the spectral vibe just right takes precision.

What Sets This Haunting Portrait Apart?

This isn't your run-of-the-mill canvas print. Unlike generic art, your haunted portrait is a bespoke creation, maintaining rarity by retiring the theme after six months. It's uniquely yours, forever etched with personal ghostly flair.
