I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Unleash Your Inner Highlander

Let the mystique of Scotland envelop your love story. Our portrait channels the spirit of the Highlands, complete with traditional tartans, rugged landscapes, and ancestral symbols.

Whether you fancy yourselves as champions of clan legacy or simply crave a themed canvas that speaks volumes, this is where history meets heart on your wall.

TL;DR: A personalized portrait that transforms your couple photo into a heroic Highland scene, ideal for those with Scottish roots or admirers of its rich history.

Which couples honor Scottish heritage with flair?

This portrait is a fitting choice for couples yearning to fuse personal and national history — especially for those with Scottish ancestry or a love for Highland culture. Not quite right for those looking for minimalist modern decor.

How is your Highland moment crafted?

We begin with your uploaded photo, use AI to integrate faces into a Highland landscape, and finish with artist enhancements for an authentic, detailed portrait. Our head of production, Maya, notes that about 1 in 10 drafts are reworked to ensure the faces match perfectly.

Why is this more than a generic Highland print?

This isn't just another canvas. Our Scottish Couple Portrait is a custom creation, with designs rotated out every six months to keep your choice exclusive and fresh. The detail and authenticity of the tartans and landscapes set it apart from generic prints.
