I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

This particular theme flatters those who value sophistication and classic beauty. We've crafted each detail to capture the essence of royalty, from the delicate gloss of pearls to the muted pastels of your courtly background, ensuring you feel like the rightful queen of your space.

TL;DR: Transform your photo into a majestic royal portrait featuring an elegant crown and gown. This regal creation is perfect for women cherishing a touch of royalty, especially on birthdays or anniversaries.

Could You Hold a Candle to Royal Elegance?

Our Royal Woman Portrait suits individuals cradled by elegance — perfect for mothers, partners, or anyone who dreams of a romanticized regal image. It's especially delightful for women who appreciate period drama aesthetics, or the friend who considers 'The Crown' a personal inspiration. Honestly, it might not hit the mark if you're after a modern, minimalist look with clean lines and monochrome palettes.

How Do We Weave Your Regal Tapestry?

Our process begins with your photo, which undergoes AI transformation to insert it into a royal guise. From there, our artists refine the image, ensuring each detail aligns with the grandeur of a museum-quality piece. With approximately 1 in 12 AI generations discarded, our head of production, Maya Chen, assures you only receive the royal treatment worthy of your portrait.

What's the Secret Behind Our Unique Royal Portraits?

Unlike generic stock portraits, this canvas is a personalized escape into your own regal story. Each piece serves as a testimony to your distinctive elegance, ensuring no other stands as your twin. We retire our themes bi-annually to guarantee exclusivity and fresh allure.
