You upload a photo — ideally a clear front-facing shot, though we work with what we get. Here's the part we don't advertise enough: we reject roughly 1 in 12 outputs at the generation stage because the face didn't lock cleanly — wrong angle, lighting mismatch, slightly uncanny result. Those never reach a human artist. The ones that pass go to our production team, where an artist refines the skin tones, adjusts shadows, and checks that the face actually looks like your person, not just a plausible stranger. After that it goes to print on a museum-grade stretched canvas using archival, UV-resistant inks. Our head of production, Maya Chen, pulls random QC checks on 15% of all orders before they ship — her standard: 'would I hang this in my own place?' If no, it goes back.

What makes this different

Generic personalized gifts in this space — custom phone cases, name-on-a-mug, printed photo blankets — use your face as a label. Stick it on the thing and call it personalized. US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and international orders run 7–14 business days depending on customs. The canvas ships in a reinforced tube or flat-packed with corner protection — we've had too many bent-corner complaints from early 2023 to skimp on that. For care: keep it out of direct sunlight if you can (the inks are UV-resistant, not UV-proof — long-term direct exposure does fade any canvas). Wipe dust with a dry soft cloth, nothing damp. If something goes wrong — damaged in transit, wrong size sent, the face composite just looks off — we have a 60-day satisfaction policy. Email us, send a photo, and we'll reprint or refund.
