I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Will Love a Baby Canvas Portrait?

Expecting parents lighting up their nursery walls will adore this personalized touch. Grandparents get to cherish their legacy in beautiful canvas form. It's not for those looking for stock baby decor — each piece is unique to your little one’s charm.

How Do We Craft Your Baby's Keepsake?

First, you upload a precious photo, and our advanced AI steps in for an initial face-swap touch-up. Our artists then refine it further, ensuring every adorable feature is highlighted. Not every photo makes it; about 1 in 12 are redone if the magic isn’t captured right away.

Why Choose This Baby Portrait Over Others?

Unlike generic canvases, each portrait is crafted from your own photo, ensuring a true reflection of your baby's beauty — and we retire the design after six months to keep it exclusive and personal.
