At PortraitGift.com, we take pride in creating custom artwork designed specifically for you. Since our products are personalized, our return and refund policy is tailored to ensure fairness while maintaining the value of our creations.
Digital Pictures
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for digital pictures as we provide you with a preview before purchase.
- Approval Required: The preview ensures you are satisfied with your purchase before finalizing the order.
Canvas Prints
We aim to deliver high-quality canvases that meet your expectations. However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

Mistakes in the Photo:
- If the final product has an error in the photo that does not match the approved preview, we will rectify the mistake.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the canvas, providing clear photos of the issue. -
Shipping Issues:
- If the canvas tracking indicates it was not shipped correctly or has been lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
- Contact us immediately with the tracking details if this occurs.
Exclusions
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of Mind: Once the order is finalized, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Minor Color Variations: Slight differences in color due to screen calibration are not considered defects.
- Delayed Delivery: Shipping delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control.
How Refunds Are Processed
- PayPal Payments: Refunds are typically processed instantly and will appear in your PayPal account immediately after the refund is issued.
- Visa/MasterCard Payments: Refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
If you experience any delays beyond the stated timeframes, please contact your payment provider for assistance.

30 Days to Report Issues
You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any issues with your order. This includes damages, production errors, or any other problems affecting the quality of your product. Claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Additional Refund & Return Information
At PortraitGift.com, every artwork is custom-made based on the photo and options you provide. Because each piece is personalized, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong style, or simply changed your mind.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is a production error, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our team using the Contact Us form and include clear photos that show the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Important: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. If your purchase was made in a currency other than USD, please be aware that currency conversion rates at the time of refund may apply.
If an issue affects multiple items in the same order (for example, multiple canvases using the same design), we may ask for an additional photo or a short video showing all affected pieces together for confirmation.
Please note that PortraitGift.com is not responsible for mistakes made during ordering, such as selecting the wrong size or submitting a poor-quality photo. Additionally, small variations in image placement or minor differences due to the handmade nature of the product are normal and are not considered defects.
