It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Embrace Victorian Grace and Elegance

Step into the serene world of the Victorian era, where elegance and refinement were the marks of true beauty. Our Custom Victorian Woman Portrait embodies this timeless grace, capturing soft shades, delicate lace, and gentle curls that define this storied period.

This portrait isn't for the faint of heart — it's for those who adore the rich tapestry of history and want to see themselves reflected in it. A perfect gift for anyone inclined towards a vintage aesthetic.

TL;DR: Transform a cherished photo into a serene Victorian-style canvas portrait. Ideal for women who appreciate vintage elegance and timeless beauty, this piece offers a personal journey into the past.

Who relishes this Victorian vintage transformation?

This portrait is perfect for those with a penchant for the classic vintage style, such as historians, art lovers, and anyone enchanted by the past. If your friend argues that the Victorian era was overrated, this might not be their style — maybe they'll prefer something modern like our Regal Throne Couple Portrait.

How do we meticulously craft your Victorian canvas?

The process begins when you upload a photo. We use AI for the initial Victorian transformation, then an artist hand-finishes every detail — we discard about 1 in 12 drafts if they don't meet our standards. It's all completed on museum-grade canvas, making each portrait a true masterpiece.

Why is this Victorian portrait uniquely yours?

Unlike generic prints, this isn't just a themed attempt — it's a personal homage to Victorian elegance. Every piece is unique with your likeness rendered in authentic attire and settings of the time, making it a genuine work of art rather than a mass-produced item.
