I haven't received my digital order yet?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at contact@portraitgift.com with your name and checkout email.

It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Sit Upon Your Throne Together

Imagine you and your partner draped in elegant robes, seated regally on a throne set against a lush, velvet-draped backdrop. The custom royal couple portrait isn’t just a canvas; it's a glimpse into a royal realm, where your love story is the tale of noble hearts conquering all.

This particular setting—reminiscent of the grand courts of Renaissance royalty—captures your bond with opulent detail, from the intricate crowns to the bespoke regalia. It's a perfect homage for couples who live their lives with the elegance of a bygone era.

TL;DR: The Royal Throne Canvas captures couples in a regal light, ideal for anniversaries or engagements. Expect ornate crowns and grandeur.

Which couples truly suit the royal throne vibe?

This fits couples who fancy themselves kings and queens of their castles—perfect for those celebrating their 10th anniversary or renewing vows. Those who prefer minimalist artworks might find the royal flourish a bit much, though.

How is this royal portrait crafted?

First, upload a photo of you both; then, our AI-generated face-swap sets the scene, which our artists refine, adding touches such as jeweled crowns and rich textures. Our head of production, Maya, ensures every 1 in 12 is recreated, seeking absolute perfection. Finally, we deliver on museum-quality canvases that scream nobility.

How does this portrait outshine generic options?

Unlike ordinary stock prints, each throne canvas is a triumphant original, capturing your unique romance in royal elegance. We retire themes periodically, so your portrait remains as rare as a crown jewel.
