It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Capture Feline Tribute in Celestial Style

When it comes to commemorating the graceful spirit of your feline friend, our memorial cat portrait offers a tender and unique tribute. A photorealistic design, this piece features your cat draped with ethereal angel wings, a gentle halo, and a backdrop of soft pastel flowers—invoking serenity and peace.

Ideal for comforting those who have lost their feline companion, this gentle yet powerful portrait captures the essence of your pet’s personality and the love you shared. It’s an art piece that becomes a cherished family altar to memory.

TL;DR: Our Custom Memorial Cat Portrait transforms your favorite feline photo into a celestial keepsake, perfect for cat owners wanting an ethereal tribute to honor their pet’s memory in a comforting, artistic way.

Who cherishes this celestial tribute?

Grieving cat lovers who want to immortalize their cherished pet will find this portrait bittersweet yet deeply comforting. It resonates with those who view their feline as a spiritual companion. However, if you're seeking something with humor or vivacity to match your cat's cheeky spirit, our Whimsical Cat Angel Canvas might be more apt.

How does our angelic creation come to life?

Our process begins with your submitted photo, lovingly transformed through AI face-swap technology and further refined by an artist’s touch. Unlike other themes, the precision in angelic details requires discarding about 1 in 15 generations due to halo misalignment. It’s then printed on museum-quality canvas for an eternal tribute.

What sets this heavenly portrait apart?

What makes this angelic canvas different from standard pet memorials is its highly personalized nature. No two pieces are identical because your cat is the muse—once your portrait is complete, that specific combination is retired to preserve its sacred exclusivity.

Frequently asked questions

What if my photo quality is low? While we prefer high-quality photos for the best results, our AI can enhance certain image aspects, though clarity might be affected.
Can I change the wings color?Currently, the wing color is consistent to maintain the theme's unity, but you can suggest complementary palette nuances within reason when ordering.
Can I swap faces later if I change my mind?Unfortunately, once the image is finalized and printed, we cannot swap faces. Please review the proof carefully.
What size works best for a mantle? The 24x36 size fits beautifully on a mantle piece—striking yet not overwhelming.
Is this suitable for outdoor display? While designed primarily for indoor enjoyment, if sheltered properly, it can temporarily grace outdoor memorials.
