It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Transform Your Photo Into Timeless Canvas Art

When you want a gift that truly stands out, our Premium Portrait offers just that. This isn't just a canvas—it's a transformation of a cherished photo into a vivid work of art. Think about the vibrant colors capturing every detail, making it a piece that commands attention in any room.

This style suits those who appreciate a modern aesthetic—clean lines, rich textures, and breathtaking definition. It's perfect for families celebrating milestones or individuals wanting to immortalize a moment that holds deep personal significance. If you're drawn to traditional art, though, this might not hit the mark.

TL;DR: The Premium Portrait is a bespoke canvas art piece created from your photo, ideal for gifting on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and beyond. Perfect for those who appreciate modern, personalized art.

Who Would Love a Premium Portrait?

This artistic canvas suits modern art lovers and those celebrating special occasions such as anniversaries or a loved one's milestone. Families who enjoy contemporary, sleek art are also our biggest fans. Yet, it's not for those who favor traditional, classic styles.

How Do We Transform Your Photo Into Art?

We start with your uploaded photo, employing AI to perform an accurate face-swap, capturing every detail. Our artists then refine the image, ensuring a lifelike representation on museum-quality canvas. Interestingly, we discard approximately 1 in 12 generations when the face doesn't flawlessly integrate—our commitment to quality.

Why Is This Canvas Portrait Special?

This isn't your typical canvas print. Every portrait is unique, designed to not just replicate but elevate your image into a true art piece. Where others may offer cookie-cutter alternatives, our level of customization ensures a standout piece that truly belongs to you.

Frequently asked questions

What if the photo quality is low? We'll review the image carefully. If it's not fit for this fine art process, we'll reach out to you for a better version. Our head of production, Maya, insists on quality above all.
Can I swap faces later?Unfortunately, face swaps aren't possible after the artwork has been completed. Your satisfaction is our goal, so we'll ensure you're thrilled with the initial preview before moving forward.
Do you offer framing? At this time, we offer the canvas unframed to keep the focus on the vibrant artwork. However, we recommend a contemporary frame to complement your space.
Can the portrait be ordered as a gift?Absolutely! It's designed with gifting in mind—perfect for various occasions, like birthdays or 'just because' celebrations.
What size photo works best?High-resolution images are preferred to capture each detail brilliantly on canvas. Aim for a clear image with good lighting.
