It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Celebrate Baby's Arrival with a Custom Canvas

Welcome your tiny new family member with a touch of artistic flair. Our baby shower custom portrait captures those early milestones in a timeless canvas rendition. Think pastel charm meets personal memories — it's a decor piece and a family keepsake all in one.

Unlike stock photo prints, our canvases infuse warmth and personality into each piece. Soft hues and gentle textures evoke the feel of a cherished nursery, making it a perfect gift to commemorate a little one's arrival in style.

TL;DR: This custom baby shower portrait canvas is a heartwarming gift for new parents. Capture your cherished moments in a museum-quality piece that brings warmth to any nursery or home setting.

Who's cherishing these baby canvas portraits?

This gift is ideal for expecting parents cherishing their journey into parenthood or grandparents eager to celebrate their newest family member. It's less suitable for those seeking digital-only memorabilia, as this is a tangible art piece designed to hang in your home.

What's the craft behind your baby's first art piece?

We transform your baby photo into a personalized portrait canvas through a three-step process. It starts with AI-assisted face recognition, refined by our artisan touch to ensure every detail is perfect. We discard approximately 1 in 12 images if the quality doesn't meet our standards. Finally, it's printed on museum-grade canvas for a look that lasts.

Why choose our personalized baby portrait canvas?

Unlike generic photo prints, our personalized baby shower canvases allow you to showcase your unique family moment with a bespoke artistic touch. We retire each theme after six months, ensuring you own a one-of-a-kind piece.
