How it's made

You upload a photo — ideally front-facing, decent lighting, nothing cropped too close to the face. Our pipeline runs your photo through an AI face-mapping stage that isolates facial geometry for each person, then applies the Lego-character style on top of that geometry. Here's the part most competitors don't mention: we actually reject about 1 in 10 generations internally, usually because the face didn't lock correctly and the proportions look off even in cartoon form. Those go back through the pipeline before anything reaches you.
