This edition plays offline. It has no accounts, advertisements, subscriptions or purchases, including in-app purchases. Your progress stays on your device.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to the offline edition of Squishy Dumplings: Hatch Pets, published by PortraitGift. A separate edition that includes advertisements has a different privacy policy.

Offline play and information in the game

The game works without an internet connection and does not have Android's internet permission. PortraitGift does not collect or receive personal information, gameplay activity, analytics or crash reports from this edition. The game does not transmit information to advertising or analytics services.

No account or sign-in is needed. The game does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.

Local progress and storage

Pets, candies, stamps, game progress, sound settings and preferences are stored locally on your device so you can continue playing. PortraitGift cannot access these local saves. There is no game cloud save or synchronization between devices, and Android automatic cloud backup is disabled for this edition.

Deleting your progress

Clearing the game's app storage or uninstalling it deletes that installation's local progress and settings. To clear storage, open Android Settings > Apps > Squishy Dumplings: Hatch Pets > Storage > Clear storage (wording may vary by device). Clearing only the cache does not delete all progress.

We cannot restore deleted progress because we do not keep a copy. Any copies you manually export or back up must be deleted separately. There is no online game account to delete.

Support emails

If you choose to email contact@portraitgift.com, PortraitGift receives your email address and the message, attachments and other information you provide. We use this information to reply, resolve your request and handle related privacy questions. Contacting support is optional and is not required to play.

Support correspondence is handled by authorized people and the email service providers needed to receive, store and send replies. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law. We retain correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal obligations, then delete it. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing the same address, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We restrict access to support correspondence and use the security protections provided by our email services. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Children's privacy

Children can play this offline edition without providing personal information. A parent or guardian should contact us for support and should avoid including a child's name or other identifying details. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

Reading this policy on the website

The policy is included inside the game and can be read offline. If you separately open the public policy in a browser, the website and its hosting or security providers receive the network information needed to serve and protect the page, such as an IP address, browser information and request time. This does not send your game progress to us. This policy page includes no advertising, analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
