It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Step Back into a Gothic Masterpiece

Experience the allure of the nineteenth century with our Victorian Vampire custom portrait. Feel the deep shadows, vintage fabrics, and dramatic lighting transport you into a world where elegance meets the supernatural.

This piece captures more than just a face; it captures an era's mystique. Perfect for those with a taste for the eerie and sophisticated, this portrait adds a touch of haunting beauty to any wall.

TL;DR: This Victorian Vampire portrait is perfect for those who crave a blend of vintage allure and gothic mystique, suited for milestone events like anniversaries, Valentine's Day, or just because.

Who Thrives in the Victorian Vampire Aesthetic?

This is a splendid gift for those who relish the subtle beauty of the gothic and the elegance of Victorian times. It's perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or as a quirky statement piece in a vintage-lover's home. However, if you're looking for something bright and modern, this may not quite hit the mark.

How Does Your Photo Become a Victorian Vampire?

We start with your uploaded photo, which undergoes an AI transformation to capture your likeness within our Victorian Vampire theme. Next, our artists meticulously refine each detail, ensuring your canvas stands out with both authenticity and flair. We've noticed about 1 in 12 images need a second pass to get that hauntingly perfect look.

What Sets Our Victorian Vampire Portrait Apart?

Unlike generic prints, each Victorian Vampire portrait is unique. Our exclusive designs are retired every six months to maintain exclusivity, offering a rarity that mass-produced pieces simply can't compete with.
