It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Which families can capture their essence in Watercolor?

This product is for families who cherish artistic representation and those seeking to bring a calming ambiance to their living space. It's perfect for new parents looking to adorn a nursery with meaningful décor. However, if you're expecting photorealism, this interpretation might not be for you.

How is your Watercolor Family Portrait crafted?

Our process involves uploading your chosen family photo, which is first transformed by AI face-swapping technology to capture the likeness, followed by manual artist refinement. We ensure each detail shines through in watercolor. On average, 1 in 12 images don't meet our standards and are redone to ensure quality perfection.

Why choose our Watercolor Portrait over others?

Unlike generic canvas prints, this product offers a unique watercolor effect with personalized floral touches, ensuring each portrait is a unique reflection of your family. We evolve our themes regularly to keep them fresh and exclusive.
