US orders ship in 5–7 business days; EU and UK customers should expect 7–14 business days depending on customs. Canvas prints are wrapped in protective foam and boxed — we've had very few transit damage claims, but if yours arrives with any print or frame issue, email us within 60 days and we'll reprint at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. To care for the canvas itself: keep it out of direct sustained sunlight (UV-resistant inks help, but nothing is permanent), and wipe dust with a dry soft cloth.
