Who it's for (and who it isn't)

This portrait is best-suited for dads in the 45–70 range who have a defined fishing identity — meaning it's on their hat, their truck, their weekend plans, and probably their personality. How it's made

You upload a clear photo — ideally front-facing, good lighting, nothing obscuring the face — and our system runs it through an AI face-mapping process that maps your dad's facial geometry onto the Fishing Dad composition. Then it goes to one of our human artists for refinement: color correction, fine detail work on the face, making sure the likeness actually looks like him and not a plausible stranger. Here's the part most companies don't tell you: we reject about 1 in 12 generations internally because the face-lock isn't tight enough. You never see those. Once it passes QA, you get a digital proof for approval. Nothing gets sent to print until you sign off. Once you approve your digital proof, production runs 2-3 business days and US shipping takes another 5-7 — so realistically you're looking at about 8-10 days door to door in the States. EU and international orders run 7-14 business days for the shipping leg. Heads up: if you're ordering for Father's Day, cutting it close past early June will stress everyone out, including us. The canvas itself needs almost no maintenance — wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth, keep it out of direct sustained sunlight, and the archival inks will hold for decades. If anything's off when it arrives — wrong size, damaged in transit, likeness issue we missed in QA — our 60-day satisfaction policy covers a reprint or refund, no hoops required.
