Keep the canvas out of direct sunlight if you can — UV-resistant doesn't mean UV-proof, and a south-facing window will age any print faster than it should. Dust with a dry microfiber cloth; no sprays, no moisture. If your portrait arrives damaged in transit or the likeness is genuinely off from what you submitted, contact us within 60 days and we'll reprint or refund — no forms, no runaround.
