It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

It's a perfect pick for the ever-imaginative, those who blend reality with whispers of magic. Not for minimalists craving starkness; this portrait celebrates a vibrant, mystical life.

How do we craft your enchanting canvas?

Your journey into the magical realm begins with a photo. Through AI face-swap technology, your image is initially transformed, then refined by artists into spellbinding art. While our head of production, Maya, admits that about 1 in 12 gets scrapped for perfection, each portrait emerges as a true masterpiece on museum-quality canvas.

What makes this witch portrait stand out?

This isn't your average wall art. Unlike generic prints, our fantasy witch portrait is an exclusive creation, designed to capture your essence in the land of enchantment. Each theme is retired within six months, maintaining its rarity and allure, and ensuring your magical moment remains uniquely yours.
