It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who is the Victorian Portrait Made For?

This portrait is perfect for individuals who find themselves captivated by the elegance of the Victorian era. It's particularly suited for women who appreciate history, literature, or classic fashion. However, this might not be the ideal choice for someone who prefers contemporary styles or vibrant hues.

Crafting Your Victorian Masterpiece

Start by uploading your favorite photo, which our AI transforms with precision to reflect the Victorian style. Our artists, led by Maya Chen, refine each portrait, rejecting about 1 in 12 generations to ensure perfection. Finally, your custom piece is printed on museum-quality canvas, ready to grace your space.

Why is This Victorian Portrait Special?

Unlike cookie-cutter art pieces, this portrait is uniquely yours. We personalize each creation with your likeness, and once your design is set, we retire the background theme to maintain exclusivity and rarity. This is not just a print; it's a bespoke piece of art.
