It may have been sent to the email linked to your PayPal or card provider (Visa/Mastercard via Stripe).
Can you change the hairstyle / eye color / etc?
Yes! Add your request in the custom note at checkout. Our artists will personalize your artwork within 24 business hours.

You can request unlimited revisions until you're happy with the result.
What are the production times?
• Canvas: printed, stretched and quality-checked in 6–8 business days after you order, then tracked shipping (3–5 business days in the US, 5–10 international), free
• Poster: printed in 6–8 business days, then the same tracked shipping
• Digital (no notes): instant download right after payment
• Digital with custom notes: you will receive the standard version instantly, then the edited version with your custom requests will be emailed within 24 business hours by our artists

Production starts once we receive your photo and payment.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but please note: P.O. Box orders can only ship via USPS standard service — there is no faster/expedited option for P.O. Boxes. This means delivery takes longer than usual, and tracking can be slow or show limited updates between hand-off and delivery.

For larger canvas sizes (L & XL) we'll need a physical street address, as these can't be delivered to a P.O. Box. Whenever possible, please use a street address at checkout for the fastest, fully-tracked delivery.

Who Absolutely Loves Victorian Elegance?

This portrait suits those captivated by Victorian aesthetics—women who cherish art that resonates with grace and elegance. If she loves classic novels and period dramas, this is for her. It's probably not for someone who prefers modern, minimalist decor.

How Do We Craft Victorian Opulence?

We begin by turning your photo into a Victorian-style masterpiece using our proprietary AI face-swap technology. Our skilled artists, like Maya Chen, then enhance these digital canvases, ensuring every detail aligns with authentic Victorian elegance. About 1 in 12 initial versions don’t meet our standards and are redone to ensure perfection.

What Sets Our Victorian Portrait Apart?

Unlike mass-produced prints, this personalized art piece is a true one-off, created uniquely for her. Upon completing a limited theme run, we retire the designs to ensure each portrait remains exclusive and treasured.
