Larger canvas sizes and premium finishing options land here. If you want a 20×24 or 24×30 canvas — the sizes where the portrait actually commands a wall rather than sitting on a shelf — that's where you'll be. For a memorial piece, honestly, we'd push toward this tier. A 12×16 at $35 is meaningful. A 20×24 in a living room is a statement. Most customers who reorder (and some do — a second pet, a second copy for a sibling) come back for a larger size.

We don't currently have memorial bundles officially listed in this collection, but we've done custom orders at this tier — multiple pets on one canvas, matching gallery pairs, oversized 30×40 formats. If that's what you're after, email the team directly. We handle those by hand and they take a little longer, but they're worth it. This tier is also where some customers land when they order for multiple family members who all want their own copy.

Ordering Deadlines by Occasion

No fixed occasion (grief doesn't follow a calendar): Standard US delivery is 5-7 business days. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of upload approval. If you need it faster, email us — we've expedited for funerals and memorials before.

Pet Loss Awareness Month (October 2026): Order by October 18 for US standard delivery before the end of the month. International orders by October 10.

Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day — August 28, 2026: US orders by August 19. International (EU/UK/AU) by August 12.

Christmas 2026 (gifting a memorial portrait to a grieving friend or family member): US standard by December 16. International by December 5. We've had customers miss this window and genuinely been heartbroken about it — don't cut it close on a memorial piece.

General sympathy gifting: We ship US in 5-7 business days, EU/UK in 7-14 business days. Australia and Canada sit closer to 10-16 days depending on customs. When in doubt, order earlier than you think you need to.
